Our workshop is in Bognor Regis, so this is home ground — the town where we cut, finish and set out most of what we lay everywhere else. That means when a floor's needed here, we're not driving in from anywhere; we're already round the corner. A survey usually lands the same week, and the same two or three of us who quote the job are the ones who turn up to do it.
The work across Bognor is mostly private houses and bungalows — the detached homes and estates out at Aldwick and Aldwick Bay, the bungalows down toward Pagham and the harbour, and the newer developments up around Shripney. Some of it is fresh engineered oak going into a new-build; some is lifting and reviving boards in a house that's been carpeted for thirty years. Same standard either way, and a shorter drive than any of it.
The service most Bognor homeowners come to us for is the one you can see the result of but not the mess: we undercut your existing skirting boards and run the new floor underneath them, rather than ripping the skirting off and leaving you with filling, sanding and repainting once we've gone.
